Meet The Founders
Meet Netanel
Netanel is a domestic violence survivor who experienced violence during childhood, experiences that deeply shaped the vision and mission behind The Butterfly Button.
With a background in criminology, work with at-risk children and vulnerable populations, and years of experience leading teams and complex projects, Netanel chose to turn personal pain into social impact and human connection.
Together with Perry, he co-founded The Butterfly Button with the belief that asking for help should feel safer, simpler, and more human, and that no one should have to face violence or emotional distress alone.
Over the past several years, Netanel has led The Butterfly Button initiative alongside a global team of employees and volunteers, helping grow the initiative into a platform now active in more than 155 countries and reaching millions of women and men seeking support around the world.
Meet Perry
Perry is a software engineer with over 14 years of experience who also comes from a background of domestic violence during childhood.
Over the years, Perry founded several ventures, worked as a lecturer in the field of mobile development, and served as a mobile developer at companies such as LivePerson, BreezoMeter, and Unity (IronSource).
In 2015, Perry met Netanel, and together they began their shared journey in violence prevention, developing an initiative dedicated to supporting children and teenagers affected by violence and difficult home environments.
Today, Perry leads the development team behind The Butterfly Button. His expertise in SDK architecture and software development helped enable the platform to be integrated into hundreds of organizations and tens of thousands of platforms worldwide.

Meet The Team
"Few are the people who get to make a significant
change in the world, and the work we do here - saves lives.
As a woman, it is a privilege to contribute my part and
make the world a safer place for every person."
"It is a huge privilege for me to take part in such a venture.
As far as I'm concerned, Perry and Natanel are the
example of the beautiful, brave Israeli, who works to correct
the injustices of the world, and I'm excited for the honor
of walking alongside them"
"Ever since I can remember, I really liked helping
people with struggles. After I myself went through
an unpleasant experience and moved to the victim's
side, I promised myself that I will contribute to prevent
violence against women"
"I am happy and proud to be
a part of such an important project,
and I am grateful for the privilege
to participate in it"
